1. Age 18 years and over
2. Complete a 420-hour elderly care course.
3. Able to communicate in Japanese or English *Have a language proficiency test result of N4 or higher (JLPT, NAT-Test, J-Test) or English with an IELTS score of 4.0 or higher.
4. Have a passion for service work.
5. Be patient, diligent, and honest.

The basic salary is approximately 50,000-80,000 baht (excluding overtime and additional shift pay, basic benefits according to the law)
