Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anusorn Wetchasit, Advisor, received a plaque of honor.

Dr. Anusorn Wetsit, Advisor to Piyamintharak School, received the honorary plaque of “Outstanding Father in Community Development” from the Senate, Ministry of Culture, and Federation of Health and Elderly Workers on December 6, 2023 at the Parliament Building on the occasion of National Father’s Day, Buddhist Year 2023. Dr. Anusorn Wetsit, Advisor to Piyamintharak School, received the honorary plaque of “Outstanding Father in Community Development” from the Senate, Ministry of Culture, and Federation of Health and Elderly Workers on December 6, 2023 at the Parliament Building. Dr. Anusorn Wetsit is the father of Piyamintharak School students for 29 years. He is an important person who teaches the subject of life goals, which may not be taught in universities. Nursing cap award ceremony for 2nd year students of the Faculty of Nursing

Develop health science skills for students in Min Buri District

Piyamint Kunarak School, led by Dr. Siriphan Wetchasit, the school director, is the coordinator of the Health Science Education Development Project, together with the Minburi District Development Participation Promotion Committee and the Minburi District Area Development Working Committee on Education and Technology, has opened a training course for students to practice nursing, such as measuring vital signs, wound care, tube feeding, wiping children to reduce fever, and service behavior. Dr. Anusorn Wetchasit taught about Life Goals for Success, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Suwimol Phanawatanakul and a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Nursing, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, provided guidance on preparing for the exam and studying in the field of nursing. This was to enhance knowledge and skills in health science for high school students in the Minburi District, enabling students who aim to continue their studies in the field of health science.

Creating quality graduates to become professional nursing assistants

Starting point: Studying NA at Piyaminthararak School and continuing to study PN at the Faculty of Nursing, Rangsit University. The teacher, Dr. Siriphan Wetchasit, and representatives of the faculty joined in congratulating the 9 alumni of Piyaminthararak who received the Nursing Assistant (PN) certificate, chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Amphaporn Namwongprom, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Rangsit University on September 20, 2024. All faculty members are very happy to be a part of promoting and creating quality nursing assistants and intellectuals for our country. Most importantly, they are proud to make students have a better future and clearer life goals. What the school teaches is not just knowledge that will make students a professional in caring for patients or the elderly. More importantly, it is about seeing the value in yourself and others, and constantly developing yourself. This is another example of the results that the faculty is very proud of and congratulates all of our children.

Share experiences for inspiration

Dr. Siripan Wetchasit, Director of Piyaminthararak School, was invited to be a special lecturer to teach nursing students at Ramathibodi Nursing School, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, on the topic of “Health Entrepreneurial Experiences”. The students were very impressed with the knowledge and successful experiences that were shared with the students and were inspired to be good nurses with ethics who would take care of patients with a human heart. They also gained ideas on how to further develop their nursing education and become entrepreneurs in the future.

Student Loan Fund allows nursing students to borrow money to study and build a career.

On February 28, the Student Loan Fund approved nursing students to borrow money to study to build a career in healthcare, in the fields of nursing assistants, child care and elderly care at Piyaminthararak School. Director Dr. Siriphan Wetchasit joined the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Student Loan Fund (SLF) and the nursing school in the pilot project.
